This project focused on creating a visual concept for the print edition of Magnetic Magazine, a progressive music and culture publication. The client brief emphasized the importance of a calming, curated reading experience—contrasting the fast pace of digital media—while still feeling bold and expressive.

I designed a conceptual cover based on a selected article, using photography enhanced with effects and expressive typography to reflect the creativity and eclectic spirit of the magazine. The visual style combines strong typographic hierarchy, vivid contrasts, and a clean layout system to guide the reader and give rhythm to the content.

In addition to the cover, I developed a layout system for four articles from different categories. The goal was to create a cohesive, contemporary editorial design that balances readability with visual impact—designed to appeal to culturally curious, design-conscious readers aged 25–40, with an interest in music, travel, and creative expression.
